SATURDAY 5th and Sunday 6th December, 2009 8am ­ 3pm

Learn how to work with a clay and newspaper mix to make raised garden beds,
outdoor seating, garden walls and buildings.

Shelly Anfield will share her skills and hands on experience with Hybrid
Adobe used to create the Garden Room at Shearwater Steiner School.

COST

MEMBERS $75 two days $50 one day
NON MEMBERS $150 two days $100 one day
(Including lunch, morning and afternoon tea)

The Mullumbimby Community Garden will host this 2 day workshop to create
raised garden beds and seating from Hybrid Adobe for our ³Gardening and
Sharing in the Wisdom of our Elders² project*.

This project is supported by FRRR Caring for the Ageing in Rural Australia
program.

We have allocated a space approximately 50m x 30m & we have funding from DOCS Area Assistance Scheme to build & create a program.

What will the nursery look like?

What facilities will we need? (eg. igloo, watering system, shadehouses, workspaces, mother beds etc)
